‘He’s a predator probation can’t help,’ says mother of child abused by Ann Arbor man

ANN ARBOR, MI – Ian MacGregor being sentenced to five years of probation and a lifetime as a registered sex offender is of little comfort to a mother whose child was victimized around Christmas 2017.

“He’s a predator probation can’t help,” she said, upset MacGregor won’t see the inside of a jail cell. “He is a very well-loved man in the community and it feels like this is just swept under the rug.
